Superior Room

If you expect to arrive early in the day, we suggest you reserve the room for the night prior to arrival to guarantee immediate access to your room. Otherwise, early access to guest rooms is subject to availability at the time of arrival.

Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your room until you leave the hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your luggage and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.

Early departure fees may apply for checking out prior to your scheduled departure date. In that event, the guest will be charged for the entire stay of the initial reservation.  Upon check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. Guests may be able to change this date without a penalty, depending on the rate booked.

At the Grand Hotel Palace, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm).

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card (The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise all cards prior to arrival).
Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit.

Cancellations and changes for a room reservation must be made within the cancellation policy indicated on the reservation, or a late-cancellation penalty equal to one night's room rate plus tax and service charge will apply.
